Shine roller veneer dryers are equipped with Heat Exchanger inside the wood veneer drying machine. The heat exchanger located in the Veneer roller dryer adopts step by step heat transfer, and the specifications of each section of the heat exchanger are different. The hot air is transferred to the chamber of the core veneer dryer line from the heat exchanger in the double-deck veneer dryers.

The veneer roller dryer is equipped with the hot air stove(biomass burner) that can use the waste wood as the fuel directly and it significantly reduces the cost to the most for the user. The fuel source can be the waste wood after peeling or the tree bark(rind, wood chips and wood craps), which can reduce the fuel cost greatly for the user. No water, coal, electricity. No boiler and Other auxiliary equipment.
